Wedding Aspire provides wedding planning, photography, and coordination services. All services are subject to availability and final confirmation.

2. Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure booking. Full payment is due 30 days before the wedding date. Late payments may result in service cancellation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event: 50% refund. Cancellations made 30-90 days before: 25% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days: no refund.

4. Force Majeure

Wedding Aspire is not liable for circumstances beyond our control including weather, venue closures, or government restrictions.

5. Photography Rights

Wedding Aspire retains rights to use photos for marketing purposes. Clients receive full resolution images for personal use.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for vendor failures or venue issues beyond our control.
